Refunds Policy

At Astra Car Trading, we are committed to fairness, transparency, and customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued. By purchasing a vehicle from us, you acknowledge and agree to the policy below.

1. Vehicle Sales – General Policy

All vehicle sales are considered final once the purchase has been completed, payment has been received, and the vehicle has been delivered or collected. Due to the nature of vehicle transactions, refunds are not automatically guaranteed.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

A refund may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • The vehicle delivered is significantly different from the agreed specifications stated in the sales contract.

  • A major undisclosed mechanical issue is identified within a limited period after purchase, provided the issue existed prior to delivery and was not caused by misuse, accident, or normal wear and tear.

  • The sale is cancelled by Astra Car Trading due to unforeseen circumstances before vehicle delivery.

All refund requests are subject to inspection and verification by our technical team.

3. Timeframe for Refund Requests

Any request for a refund must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of vehicle delivery or collection. Requests made after this period may not be considered.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Minor cosmetic issues disclosed before sale

  • Issues resulting from improper use, neglect, or external damage

  • Vehicles sold “as is”, where clearly stated at the time of purchase

  • Delays caused by registration, licensing, or third-party service providers

5. Deposits & Reservation Fees

All deposits and vehicle reservation fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Deposits secure the vehicle and cover administrative and holding costs.

6. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary but typically take 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider and financial institution.

7. Refund Deductions

Where applicable, refunds may be subject to deductions for:

  • Administrative and processing fees

  • Usage, mileage, or depreciation

  • Repair or inspection costs if the vehicle has been used

8. Financing & Third-Party Payments

For vehicles purchased through financing or third-party payment providers, refund terms may be subject to additional conditions set by the financing institution. Astra Car Trading is not responsible for third-party processing delays.

9. Policy Updates

Astra Car Trading reserves the right to amend or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply.
